Another success
We are pleased with how Col and Kieran marketed our property. During the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic, we were concerned that the sale might not go ahead as planned. Very professional and honest
Terry acted as the selling Agent on our recent property purchase. I was immediately impressed by Terry’s forthrightness and honesty and that was a trait he displayed all through the negotiations. He absolutely acted in the best interests of the property owner, but no games, no nonsense - we always understood where we stood in terms of the lengthy negotiation. He did his job professionally and successfully saw it through as evidenced by the sale/our purchase.

A patient man!
Scott has been patient and worked with me through the whole sale of my property. He does not apply pressure and when communicating those difficult decisions to be made he gave me options. Scott took the time to understand the position I was in and the reasoning behind my sale. I made a number of changes throughout the sale of the property and he quickly adapted. He took the time to understand my situation. When I said to him: “this must wear you down”! He replied back “you know what I simply love being in this industry and selling houses”. He was not just a agent getting a sale but he wanted to be the person that I would go to for all my future real estate needs. After dealing with a trusted real estate agent for 30 plus years and she decided to retire it was a nice breath of fresh air to deal with Scott.
