This was our second time using Colin and McIntyre Property to sell our home and he didn't disappoint! Colin was honest and open from the time of appraisal to settlement; updating us along the way and achieving almost 100k more than the asking price all within one week of coming onto the market!! We couldn't have been happier with the service provided by Colin and also Kieran, his fantastic assistant. Thank you both for a marvellous job and if we ever need the services of a real estate agent in the future we will definitely be calling you.

Terry was professional, efficient and happy to answer all my queries about the house we purchased. He made sure all the documents were ready, correct and promptly dispatched to all the parties involved.

Terry was able to sell our property, after listing the day before Christmas Eve. By 7th January, prior to the 'official open day' and way before the auction day of 30 Jan we had an offer we could accept. I think that's a world record - the 'for sale' sign went up with a 'sold' sticker on it! Thank you Terry!

The best decision I made before I was going to sell my house in Tuggeranong area was the choice of the best Real Estate Manger in the area. I visited the office of the Colin McIntyre and that same day Colin visited me and looked at my house. From that moment I knew I was giving my house for sale to the very high profession person. All the progress with advertaising and communication with McIntyre office staff was going so smoothly . Colin McIntyre was always available to talk to me in case of some questions or another professional person Kieran . The "open homes" were ran very smoothly in an exceptional short period of time . The house was sold within just about 2 weeks . It was a pleasure dealing with Colin and his Real Estate Agency without any stress. His very high real estate professionalism, high level of experience and personal ability dealing with the customers will give me a great pleasure to recommend Colin to my friends and people in need for the Real Estate Agency. I am very happy for the final result of selling my property.

Scott secured us a great price on the sale of our one bedroom unit in Dickson. He listened to our needs and ensured our sales strategy aligned with our own interests and personal circumstances. He made the whole process as simple and pain-free as possible which - as time-poor out-of-state sellers - was enormously valuable to us. He is a very friendly and professional operator and we highly recommend his services.

Scott helped us purchase an apartment while stuck in hotel quarantine. A very unusual circumstance to purchase a property without seeing it but he helped throughout the experience with 2 video calls, many text messages and emails. With properties selling very quickly in Canberra, We wouldn’t have found a property before the end of the year if he wasn’t so helpful.

As an interstate buyer, having no knowledge of the Canberra Market, Scott went above and beyond. He made contact after hours and was happy to answer all my questions. His guidance and assistance through this purchase was exceptional. Scott also assisted with purchasing some second hand furniture to furnish the appartment. He has also recommended removalists handyman and painters and even a Conveyancing lawyer all without predudice. Have never even met the man he is exceptionally friendly and I believe we have built great rapport. I have no hesitation in recommending Scott Issacs as a very professional real estate agent with and indepth knowledge of his field and an exuberant personality always wanting to help. Thanks Scotty

Colin's indepth understanding of the Canberra market was second to none. He was able to swiftly identify a strategy to suit the sale and honoured my memories of the property with his integrity and professionalism. He (and his team, especially Kieran) communicated clearly and regularly with me every step of the way. I was able to enjoy the experience and learn a touch of the internal mechanisms of real estate sales. Colin's auctioneering were surpremely impressive and his true enjoyment of the process really shone through on auction day, fetching me far more for property than I could have ever dreamed of. I really enjoyed dealing with McIntryre Property and will miss Col's honest and edgy sense of humour.
