An agent you can trust
Scott is an agent who is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Selling during COVID-19 was a challenge however Scott kept us informed during the entire process and was always available to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend Scott and wouldn't hesitate to use him again to sell or purchase a property.

Needed more thorough check
Disappointed that the grass was over 2ft high in back yard and the oven has now been scrubbed twice and still needs another clean. Would this have been acceptable for a rental property at end of lease, why wasn't it looked after better by the real estate? Due to tight settlement and inspection only the day before I was worried that if I hadn't accepted the property 'as is' it would have delayed settlement. Though the flowers were a nice touch it didn't make up for the mess.
