This review is for Juliette, property manager at Ray White rather than the Ray White Real Estate agency, which insists on quarterly inspections, which I believe is unfair to tenants. Since we moved from Melbourne to the Gold Coast, we have lived in three different properties. Of these Juliette has been by far the best Property Manager we’ve had. Juliette is kind, considerate, and thoughtful towards tenants, which I have found is unusual. She walks the fine line between renters and owners with respect for both. I am very grateful to Juliette, I think that any renters that have her as their property manager are very lucky indeed.

Applying for rentals can be a very stressful experience however dealing with Juliette has been great. Juliette has been very professional and organised which has been extremely important due to our tight timeframes. The ability to complete the condition report digitally is a huge plus compared to having to complete a paper based copy.

Ray White CFG Managed my Property, They were prompt, maintained reguler communication, paid all the rentals on time. Julliete from Raywhite was the property manager. She was really hardworking, maintined reguler communication and was always reachable.

My real estate agent Karrel is amazing and I cannot fault her. She is supportive and communicates really well. Karrel also is understanding and patient, and I really like chatting with her as she is down to earth which is important to me.
