We rented in Upper Coomera with Ray White during our home build. The Property Managers, Marie O'Flaherty and Cherie Ryan were both excellent. They were very helpful, flexible and above all very soft with their interactions with us. It felt great being treated with respect as a tenant and they were very supportive with any maintenance issues albeit minor. Cherie is very professional on what she does We found the property and she greeted everyone that went through with a professional approach. After we got the property Cherie meet us at the property with the keys and explained everything to us. Even going through how the app works and making sure we understood it. Any problems we could text her mobile or use the app. I highly recommend her as she's very professional what she does

We had been renting through another agent that was very slack with maintenance, when the property got handed over to Ray White. Our property manager Karrel Langton actually got repairs done and followed up on maintenance requirements. The communication was good, and they were accommodating with our needs to be home for inspections. Karrel is thorough which is helpful to both the landlord and the tenant. We only left as the owner decided to sell.

I am so surprised about the service Kelly provide！My property got water leakage damaged before was renting out and it happened at an awkward time in the holiday season. I didn’t expect Kelly can help me so timely. I appreciate she was so efficiently open my home on the day of insurance accessor inspection and rent the property out for me! When things happened, she always gave very valuable and professional advices. Every time I call her, she either answered straight way or call me back in a short time.
