Over worked or under trained?
They are not terrible but they are not great either. Communication lacks detail. I’m not sure if the property manager is overworked or under trained.

Very Helpful
Jess was incredibly helpful in arranging our lease. She organised locksmiths, handymen and cleaners. Jess was great with her communication- highly recommended!

Great Agency

Terrific Staff
