Briliant agency!.
How about not having any issues or worries when you trying to rent out your house? Well, that was our experience with RE/Max Extreme. It took us only two weeks between when we first contacted RE/MAX and when we signed the agreement with tenant for the price even higher than we expected and that is in Alkimos. RE/MAX was a second agency we contacted to view our property and honestly not the cheapest one of two. We still decided to go with them firstly because their New Business Manager Jessica Frodsham gave us confidence that we are dealing with the agency that have a right system in place to get their clients what they are aiming for. And we were right! Starting from communications, house assessment, property listing, arranging inspections all was done within promised timeframes and without additional hustle for us. One thing they could not promise is that we will rent the house out quickly, but they did it and only after first viewing. RE/MAX also ensured we are getting a reliable and responsible tenant, don’t know about other, but for me it was important, to have a piece of mind that during this time (post COVID) we are not going to get someone who will cause more issues then profit. We (landlords) off course all have different circumstances so what we can realistically achieve is not the same, but I think that is where efficiency and professionalism of the Real-estate Agency comes to play. We are planning to continue our investment adventure and already decided that we will partner with RE/MAX on this journey going forward.

Re max extreme do a great job/service for their clients

Fantastic Agents
Remax have always taken amazing care of our rental property. Their inspection reports are always extremely thorough with plenty of photos giving us peace of mind. They have always been quick to deal with any maintenance issues which is a comfort to us and our tenant.
