Quite happy with how quick and easy it is to apply for rental properties with remax, and extremely happy with how quick I got a response, quite a few houses I applied for the company didn’t even call me back or text at all to update me. Real estate reps are all very helpful and friendly which makes signing a lease with them an easy choice 👍🏽

The response times are very slow. I worry that our tenant has the same experience. I would hate our tenant to think that the landlord is always slow in getting things done when the control is in the agent's hands. It's been very frustrating. We are currently bound by an agreement so we are unable to change agents until the contract expires. On a positive note, the inspection reports are quite thorough.
