Awesome rental property management

I have three properties managed by Julie at ReMax for the past 3-4 years. I have never had a house without a tenant for more than 4 weeks even during high rental vacancy periods in Perth. I have never had a problem with any tenant that ReMax recommended. Maintenance has been very easy for me as Julie will have a quote and work carried out very quickly. E.G two days for a broken water heater. One week for less important wear and tear items. Quotes have always been fair. I have always been given the choice to take the quote or not. ReMax crew are friendly and easy to chat to down the phone. Service has always been far above what I initially expected. Yay, Toot, Party Pies, Pop, Drink, Fallover ReMax
