Charl has worked brilliantly for us to sell a family property. From the very start he has left no stone unturned to obtain the highest possible price. He has also been very patient and professional throughout every stage of the sale making sure that all family members understood the process whilst helping to guide our decisions based on his experience. Would happily recommend him as a very knowledgable local professional with high integrity.

This is the second block of land we sold through Stuart. This block had its own problems, like power lines running through it etc., so there was a lot of to & fro, but Stuart with his highly developed sense of negotiation and people skills, solved all the problems quickly, to every bodies satisfaction, and we achieved an excellent result. We will certainly be using Stuarts service again.

From the outset of our real estate transaction with Stuart - we felt at ease. That was clearly the way the party on the other side felt as well. As such - the transaction went smoothly. Communication in any deal is critical - and Stuart managed that element of our deal very well. We are very happy with the outcome - and very happy with Stuart. We would recommend Stuart to others

Daryn held open homes and reported back after them and coped with diffuculties of the home having tenants, He gave very honest feedback once the house was empty and you could see the scruffy bits that were hidden before, We could not have done this without him. We appreciate his e mails and phone calls.

We found Stuart to be a very helpful friendly agent. We would use him again.
