I recently sold my property and Kylee was absolutely fantastic. Kylee kept me fully informed and updated throughout the process. My property was under contract only 1 week after going on the market. Kylee's knowledge and experience is invaluable. Kylee took the stress out of selling and made the entire process quite simple!

Having Kylee as my agent ensured a timely sale of my unit following realistic presentation of unit, preparation and expectation. Kylee was very professional: courteous without being over bearing, honest in her discussions and approach, demonstrated a great knowledge of the area and thus was able to find a purchaser for whom the unit was a perfect fit. Happy seller happy customer a great combination and win win situation for all.

I came into the market looking for the cheapest price and instead ended up finding an agent that I could trust implicitly - and I do not say that lightly! Tomas and Fiona are a dynamic duo who know the market and the business well - they're energetic, down to earth and I always felt that they had my best interests at heart. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell in their local area.

Are not two words that are usually associated with Real Estate Agents but we couldn’t be happier with the experience we have had in selling and buying with Dan. He didn’t over promise he was honest and upfront, he worked so hard for us, was always easy to get hold of even at night and all weekend and was great at keeping us informed even in awkward multiple offer situations. Very happy with Dan’s service, would recommend him everyday of the week!

We sold our investment unit through Kylee from Sydney. She had all the time in the world for us. She new the area like the back of her hand. She advised us through a renovation and reassured us of our asking price. Which we got before even an open home. Her advice was priceless, we felt from the start we were in good hands and she came through for us as well. Highly recommended.
