We had known Gareth through our local area for some time prior to selling. He was an easy choice as our agent due to his local knowledge. His professionalism and work ethic were a great help through the whole process. He worked hard for us to get the sale and then through an extended and complicated settlement.

Exceptional local area knowledge with a finger on the pulse of pricing trends. Also strong communications throughout the whole process made it appear seamless. Lastly Gareth provided assistance with contractors to assist in site clean-up which I was unable to organise.
Gareth Drummond
Gareth was amazing through the whole process. Very genuine, professional & knowledgeable. 5 stars.

I can highly recommend Brad for negotiating the most fragile of purchases and still got the sale across the line. I am truly grateful and would like to express my huge gratitude for the advice you provided and for being so accommodating and responsive to all the requests regarding the property. I appreciate the timeliness and the detail of replies to the queries, the tips on how to get the best deal to improve areas too etc

Bradley & Josh are very professional agents. Within 2 hours of us putting an offer on a property, they passed the information to owner and got back to us the same day. paperwork and process were so easy. A few follow ups during wait time of getting the unconditional bank approval. very flexible to negotiate of our present on the property when building & pest inspection performs.

Sean was excellent in his dissemination of information regarding price expectation, current market movement in the same area as our property and appreciation of prospective buyers. We were never inundated with excessive, irrelevant information from Realmark. All the information we received from Sean, was to the point, delivered professionally and accurate. It was a pleasant experience selling our property through Realmark and our dealing with Sean Hughes was exemplary.

Sean Hughes and his team from Realmark are a very professional outfit. I was impressed with their prompt communication and concise technology for obtaining and receiving documents. Every request and sometimes a favour was always met and considered. I would recommend Sean & Realmark as a reliable and helpful real estate business.

Chris, Jai and Melissa are as professional as they come. We can not fault anything about their service and loyalty to us as clients. We recently sold two properties with them back to back. One for more than expected and one at a loss. This was no reflection on Chris' expert negotiation skills and great relationships he has with his buyers. We were expecting the loss as we had over capitalized. Their advice on home styling and advertising was spot on. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The phrase, 'you get what you pay for' rings true with these three. Worth every penny. Many thanks to the team for enabling us to sell two properties with ease.
