We purchased the property about 10 years ago from Chris & Jai. It was a great experience as the buyer and Chris has kept in touch on and off over the course of that 10 years. This is something I have found to be uncommon and a credit to Chris, Jai & the whole Lovell team. Once we had signed the paperwork, we had great communication from Melissa in the office as well. The Lovell team organised styling of the property and were great at guiding us through what to do and when to achieve a successful sale. I would work with the Lovell team again in the future and would recommend them to others!

This is the 3rd time I've engaged Paul's services and the 3rd time he's delivered big time. I didn't worry once about this current property selling but the biggest help came after the buyer was found. There were complications with the property that dated back years before my time due to inept council behaviours (who hasn't been frustrated by them at least 30 times?!) But Paul just went Agent of the Year on the situation and got things sorted. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Paul and Hayley worked extremely hard and were very enthusiastic throughout. Our property attracted a lot of interest, with loads of people turning up to home opens and several offers being made. P&H were extremely busy keeping in touch with a lot of potential buyers and with us. The first accepted offer on our house ultimately fell through (finance), meaning they had to do it all again! Despite the setback, we made a quick sale at a good price on the back of Paul and Hayley’s determination!
