Honestly, it couldn't have been better. Sam was phenomenal, so friendly and easy-going. Nothing was too hard, and she kept me updated throughout the process, which was so quick and painless. The house was on the market on Thursday and under offer by Monday, with great terms (short settlement, which was ideal for us) and a much better price than we were expecting. I cannot recommend Sam highly enough.
