You can't not help like the way Paul goes about his work, he is dedicated to both parties and yet provides a relaxed and pragmatic approach to real estate. This was evident in the recent more complicated property sale. Happy to work with him again.

Shaun and the team at Realmark Coastal are setting a new standard in selling homes. With unapparelled service and support throughout the whole sales process. Shaun and Oliver provided a network of customers from their extensive clientele. The sale of our property was done with ease with the help and support of the great staff within the team at Realmark Coastal. I would like to personally thank the whole team for their support and professionalism.

Sean Hughes of Realmart recently sold our home in Mullaloo. We selected Sean because of his excellent reputation and his large number of listings of quality homes. All elements of our experience were highly satisfactory. The initial appraisal was optimistic but realistic. Good advice was provided regarding the sales process and preparation of the property for sale. The internet listing was excellent with good quality data and appealing photographs. Newspaper editorials and advertising were superb. Home opens were frequent and well advertised. Interested potential buyers were followed up promptly. Feedback was detailed. The documentation process was streamlined. We achieved a result which exceeded our needs and expectations. We have bought and sold many properties. Sean Hughes and his support team are the best we have dealt with. There is abundant motivation, knowledge, skill, communication and customer focus. We highly recommend Sean Hughes of Realmart.

Having dealt with Paul and Hayley previously I knew that once again I would be getting proactive and detailed service. Paul is a great communicator and has a strong connection with not only me as the seller but also with purchasers. Together with Hayley they make a formidable team and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
