It was an altogether happy, positive and excellent experience dealing with James Heerey. He is very efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and considerate. He took all the stress out of the home buying experience, and made it so much more pleasant and agreeable than it so often may be. Very punctual and attentive to my inquiries and in following up on queries, I recommend James to anyone as an agent who is happy to spend time with one and to explain all the intricacies of home buying. I was impressed too that there was none of the pressure or spin that some agents use to push prospective buyers into signing . I had the impression that he was there to make sure that both seller and buyer were truly happy with the transaction. From the minute I encountered him, I was impressed by his pleasant manner, courtesy and concern to address any issues I needed assistance with. That remained until the end of what I can only describe as a happy process with a satisfying outcome. I can only believe that both buyer and seller were equally satisfied with both the process and the outcome. He communicated on all aspects of the transaction very clearly and accurately. I would be delighted to recommend James to anyone as an exemplary agent who will, I am sure, distinguish himself in his chosen profession.
