Brad was an exceptional agent for us. We were selling a high end property, and his marketing and photographer generated a huge amount of interest. He dealt with >150 people at our first home open. We ended up with a great deal. We then had a difficult buyer, with very unusual circumstances leading to settlement. What we ended up with was the best outcome for us, and we couldn’t have done it without Brad every step of the way. On top of that, he’s a nice guy and we enjoyed his company. He would always make time for us. He was genuine, which is unusual in the industry. But also professional and savvy. We couldn’t recommend him more highly.

From the first moment we met Brad he made it so easy to communicate. He really listened to what we wanted and needed, but gave us honest and fair feedback, and a few laughs along the way.
