I have not known Adi for a long time, but since we first met I got the feeling that he is a good person, trustworthy and honest. He consistently showed these qualities as he conducted the business of selling our house. He's quite tireless, energetic, and a never-gives-up sort of agent. I remember Adi was always with us when the news was not so good, he's there to cheer us up and tell us not to be discouraged. In the end, I believe we became the best of friends. Andrew had great knowledge of the market and was exceptional at communications. We had a fair bit of backwards and forwards, however he kept us informed each day of how things were progressing. I felt he was genuinely interested in making a deal that worked for both parties and not just the seller. He never pushed us but rather made us see the potentials of the investment with statistics and suburb information which always trumps general commentary.
