Andrew had great knowledge of the market and was exceptional at communications. We had a fair bit of backwards and forwards, however he kept us informed each day of how things were progressing. I felt he was genuinely interested in making a deal that worked for both parties and not just the seller. He never pushed us but rather made us see the potentials of the investment with statistics and suburb information which always trumps general commentary. Andrew has a sense of humour and sometimes that is necessary when things aren't going your way. We would happily deal with him again. Thank you Andrew.

Andrew had a very good knowledge of the local market and was able to commincate that with us and the buyer which created a great outcome for both. The general market was difficult at the time - there were challenges to achieving a sale but his knowledge, communication and professionalism got the job done.
