Shayne and the team have been excellent to deal with and did a great job leasing my property. Shayne coordinated various maintenance works following my purchase of the property, and a tenant was found within 24 hours of settling on the property, for the rental I was targeting. I have been with R & W for over 14 years as a Landlord and have never had a problem dealing with them - even though I have moved outside of the area, recently. Their high standards of ethics and standards go over and beyond their duty of call. Melissa, who is Senior in Property Management keeps me fully up to date with the investment I hold with them. She has a great nature in dealing with issues and resolving them with tenants. Rachelle is fantastic at explaining how the Tenancy Tribunal works and its processes. She also brings years of experience and knowledge to resolving rent arrears and leftover expenses (once a Tenant leaves a premises), in reaching a justified result. Then there's Shane, who manages the Property management team and has always been the backbone for the Team providing great customer skills, politeness and understanding communication to us. I fully recommend Melissa, Rachelle, Shane and the full Property Management Team as a Team that helps all customers with great results and most definately goes beyond their call.

Shayne Douglas - Senior Property Manager is an absolute true professional and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to rental market and property management. He and his team are exception in all regard from looking after my property to troubleshooting and resolving any issues when they arise, re-letting or renewing leases, dealing with tenants, negotiating rent increases or managing repairs and maintenance. Shayne has been instrumental recently in helping me undertake a much needed renovation of my investment property. He project managed all the trades, helped me make good decisions to repairs needed all the while keeping to my budget to time, minimising the vacancy time of the property I could not be happier with the result. I certainly could not have undertaken this project without his help nor achieved the results without the assistance from him and his Team.
