Good people first and foremost
When looking for a service of any kind, I generally decide who to use based upon whether or not they seem to be good and ethical people. Through every interaction my wife and I have had with staff members from this office, they have far exceeded our expectations. They are always friendly and personable. Recent improvement
I have received an improved level of service since Naz has been allocated as my Property Manager. She is proactive and responsive, whereas previously I would have to follow up on requests. The current market is tough for landlords at the moment so it's important now more than ever to have a good agent who can support landlords through the current market conditions.
