Our property manager and her assistant, Mel and Paige have great communication in regards to maintenance, they try and get the jobs done as quick as possible with the understanding of time schedules with regular updates as well! Melissa is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and patient. After being with her for a couple of years I completely trust her advice and know that she is looking out for our best interests. I can’t speak much to the company itself as have only dealt with her, but if Melissa were to leave I would likely follow her.
