I have known Melissa for near 8 years, she is such a wonderful person and very genuine, she has vast knowledge about the local area and rental markets. Easy to communicate with her and always makes time for you when you need her help. We recently had our rental property vacated; there were heaps of renovation work to be done, Mel gave us excellent ideas of what we need to do to bring the property back to rental market in minimal time frame.
