The rental team were very professional, friendly and patient while I navigated the online forms. Clear communication and worked around my schedule. Happily recommend.

I found the team and in particular Mel from the rental department very professional and easy to deal with. With the current market conditions things have been chaotic, so we were pleased to find something very suitable for our family.

This is a top establishment with very professional agents managing both the property purchase and subsequent renting out of our new home. Both Racheal in managing the purchase and Alison managing the transition to rental have been first class. Highly recommend anyone interested in property in the Noosa/Tewantin region to check this team out.

The ladies at Robert James Reality have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. During a stressful time of relocating with three dogs, they understood our challenges and were the first to help us out knowing how important our fur-babies are to us. I'd certainly engage their services if I were to be a landlord in the future.

The service I received when trying to find a tenant for my Brisbane rental property was fantastic. Good communication and very transparent about all options and costs. They recommended my new tenants, which have turned out to be reliable and easy from a landlord’s perspective.

Disappointingly we have found that most real estate agents Property Management teams treat potential tenants very poorly. However this was not the case with Robert James Realty Tewantin, as they were professional, prompt and most of all courteous.
