The rentals team at Robert James Realty are a pleasure to work with. We were looking to rent a family home and new to the area during a busier than normal period, their advice was really helpful and at each step they always did what they said they would. Pleased to report that a month into our rental we are very happy with the service we received.

After purchasing through Robert James at the start of this year I decided to contact them again to discuss renting my property out. Being a first-time landlord, the process was explained simply and was a no brainer to let Robert James manage my property. Mel and Alison were easy to contact and found appropriate tenants in a matter of no time. I highly recommend anyone in the surrounding area to consider them to manage your rental property.

This agency helped so quickly to find a lovely place that I was not expecting. The house is gorgeous and they love dogs as my partner and I do. I just have to say thank you for the hard effort to understand my needs and to show me the best option.

Robert James Realty has done it again. In these uncertain times you’ve relet a vacancy with no rental gap and for the same rental value. Well done. Alison, you’re a gem.
