We cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism of the property management team! Great communication, prompt responses, friendly, easy to approach with problems. A real pleasure to deal with. 😊

After being with 3 different management agencies previously, and being dissatisfied with the service, management and total lack of communication from each of them, I finally found Melissa at Robert James Realty. With my property being on the Sunshine Coast and myself living in BRISBANE, I needed someone that I could trust to be my eyes and ears and look after my property as if it was their own. (Not just collect my rent each week). Melissa’s communication is amazing! I am always well informed with everything that she is doing. All quotes for repairs and maintenance are arranged promptly and forwarded to me. I would 100% recommend her to anyone seeking a professional and reliable property manager.

The agent made it clear that she was working for the property owner and that made me feel undervalued as a tenant.
