I was very happy to have Melissa as our property manager and she was incredibly helpful and reliable. Whenever I emailed her with a question or request she always replied promptly and gave me all the information I needed. She was great at arranging quotes on our behalf and always got reasonable prices for any repairs and maintenance work that we needed. She helped us with final repairs to our property before we sold it and arranged this very well in a tight timeframe. I definitely highly recommend Melissa as she provides a quality service which enables peace of mind for the owner.
