I normally don't give 5 stars easily, but this company deserves more than 5 stars. The property manager is sincere, punctual to schedules , commitments and a great customer service. I really wish if she could manage my property which is out of state... Happy renter, and kudos to Robert James Realty for her great service !

As renters it can be difficult when dealing with the property manager of the house you’re renting. Alison has been our property manager for the 2 houses we have rented over the last few years and she has been fantastic! Alison has made things seamless and stress free. I couldn’t recommend her more for the great relationship she has fostered with us.

Property inspections are conducted regularly and thoroughly. Inspection report is a great format with photos included as part of the report which is most useful to appreciate the condition of premises and surrounds. Good communication and prompt attention for enquiries and attending to repairs and maintenance. Thank you Alison
