I want to commend Mel and her team of professionals for the exceptional level of service they provide. We recently had our tenants serve us notice to vacate. Mel's team were on to immediately with a market rental review and strategy to find the next tenant. Within a week we had a signed rental agreement in place with no chasing from my side. Thank you Mel and team!

Melissa and Matt have been most helpful in facilitating this application. In particular they went out of their way to assure the owners that our dog would be suitable for the property. Highly recommend.

I have had the pleasure in dealing with Robert James over the last 2 years from purchasing a property through them, through out this purchase Robert James where very professional guided us through the sale and supported us along the way to make for a smooth purchase. Secondly renting a property through Robert James has also been a friendly professional service of which they have dealt with all services so took pressure of me. I can honestly say that Robert James has acted friendly professional and supportive not only from a business point but also from a very supportive professional personal experience as well. I look forward to continuing this long term relationship and have also passed this onto friends and colleagues. Best wishes for second half of 2023.

The team of property managers at Robert James Realty go the extra mile to make sure that the rental process for both the home owner and tenants runs smoothly. Communication is exceptional and they are just a wonderful team to deal with.

After our previous Real Estate agent had changed to a new rental manager, we had noticed that the quality of inspections and upkeep of maintenance of our investment property in Tewantin had fallen by the wayside and their managing skills seemed to hang a bit too Loosa and unprofessional. When the previous tenant had vacated and a final inspection completed, I only noticed from the photographs that there were a dozen issues that were unacceptable for a new tenant to have to live with ( rubbish left, not properly cleaned, damaged items etc.) we were not made aware of these issues previously and now costing $1000’s in repairs. These maintenance issues were directly from lack of professionalism from the previous realtor that should have been addressed earlier. Frustrated, I contacted Robert James Realty to hand the rental property over to them to manage. I could not be more happy with them as they have undertaken and addressed all the issues in getting the house up to a presentable and tidy state to re-list on the rental market. They had quotes and trades organized straight away. They are prompt, reliable, professional and a pleasure to work with. 5 stars -John
