The team at Robinson Property made the experience of leasing our property seamless and stress free. We were really worried about renting the property and the team ensured we were communicated too and consulted every step of the process. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and highly recommend.

I have been using Robinson property for some time now, and the never let me down. I recently had a unit vacate, and they not only got us another great tenant, but they even got the rent for much more than expected. A Big Thanks: to Karen, Jules, Erica, and all the amazing staff at Robinson Property. They continue to always deliver, and exceed expectations.

Our renter needed to finish her lease after only three months. Robinson Property ensured she paid the correct exit fees and within one week they had another person renting our investment property. We need to have very little input into the running of the property, and Robinson's ensure it runs very smoothly without us doing anything. They keep us updated with anything that is happening and if we don't hear from them we know things are going smoothly. I cannot recommend them more highly. Crazy if you go anywhere else!!

We were looking to relocate from interstate, which is a very stressful experience made more so by COVID and travel restrictions. We had a virtual inspection of a property (with the assistance of a friend) and found the agent and Erica the Rental property officer both very friendly and helpful. Although we were not successful on that occasion, Erica kept us in mind and let us know about another property coming up. Both she and the agent showing the property were very helpful in sending videos and answering all of my questions with patience and kindness. We have been very happy with the service we have received in our new home here in Newcastle.

I have been blown away by how attentive Robinson's property management has been. The application process was very smooth, with personally written text messages to update me on the progress. I've been moved in for a few weeks now and a maintenance request I submitted was responded to and fixed on the same day. Thank you Erica and the team at Robinson.
