When we have had dealings with this agent we have been very assured of their thoroughness. This is the third agency to look after our property. The previous two have closed shop. We are very pleased with the fact that they keep an eye on the property - viz. site inspections, reminders of what needs to be done ( e.g. smoke detector replacement, water rates.) Until we started using Robinson we did not know that we own everything inside up and until the LAST COAT OF PAINT on the inside, all else is body corporate. We also like the monthly statement of rent received and all the details therein. We have not had this before. Thank you for looking after our property.

Very easy rental process, with being able to do a ‘virtual walk through’ if unable to attend an open house. I applied for a property and had a successful outcome within 48 hours. They were very accommodating in allowing me to view the property in person after being approved. Since leasing they have always been easy to contact and deal with. Would highly recommend renting through Robinson.
