Our agent Julz has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from the very start. She gave a comprehensive overview of the property at inspection, walked us through the application process, plus she has been contactable and willing to help out at the drop of a hat since we moved in. We recently had the people in our unit move out as they were buying their own home. Robinsons ensured they paid a fee for breaking the lease and also ensured they paid to have the carpets cleaned as they were new when they moved in. Before the tenants moved out the unit was advertised as available and we had new tenants in immediately. We could ask for nothing more. We are really grateful for their expertise and they work hard to do things right - for landlords and for tenants.
