I recently had a change of tenants in a rental house. The changeover was seamless with the new tenant moving in 2 days after the previous tenant. As usual, Robinson Property reviewed the weekly rental market amount and I gained an increase of 9% on the new 12 month lease.

Photographs in the ad clearly showed the flat and its outlook; an inspection was hardly needed. Arranging the inspection was easy. The agent appeared right on time. Signing the lease agreement and handing over the keys was done professionally.

We got few refusal rental application and we are almost hopeless, until we met Jordan. She is so professional and easy to contact. She got the heart of being a good property manager, she is so quick in processing our application, always updates us for any changes. It only took us 3 weeks in looking for a rental house since we left Sydney. Highly recommended. If they posted a rental house saying available now they mean it.

My partner and I moved into a home in Wallsend over the weekend and the team at Robinson property made everything so smooth. This was our first home together so as you could imagine we were very nervous and didn’t know a great deal. A huge shoutout to Jordan Lyons who was so helpful and answered every silly question we had. Would 100% recommend Robinson property to my family and friends
