My experience with Robinson Property has been 100% positive. My property manager Jordan was very professional, helpful and flexible. In this tight rental market I was able to get an inspection time that suited me, we weren’t rushed during the inspection and the application process and lease signing was seamlessly done by email. I hadn’t rented for a number of years and was a little daunted by the process, Robinson’s took the stress out of it.

Karen, Senior Property Manager from Robinson Property, as my Unit manager, has provided an amazing service to both myself and my new tenant. What started out to be a "simple" exercise to obtain a new tenant, in fact required a complex series of "problem-solving" logistics. The way in which Karen set out to resolve the many challenges involved was truly outstanding. The end result was a happy Tenant (able to move into the newly painted, & carpeted, with new window-coverings Unit on the date required), happy Tradespersons (all Invoices promptly paid) and happy Unit owner (Long Lease, good tenants, fair rent). Not only that, Karen during this tight time period, remained cheerful, confident, and calm throughout. A truly wonderful Property Manager, and a great representative of Robinson Property.

When we looked at our apartment we were only starting our path to the possibility of renting an inner city apartment. We were warmly welcomed to the inspection by Julz from Robinson Property. We were so pleasantly surprised at the excellent presentation of the apartment. Julz was friendly, helpful and was interested in finding out what we were looking for in a rental. Julz ended up negotiating with the owners and we were able to move in on a date that suited us.
