Robinson Property manage our investment property in Newcastle and they do a fantastic job. We are out-of-town landlords, which adds level of difficulty in the ownership of our rental unit; we are rarely in Newcastle to attend to things for ourselves. Robinson's have excelled in both day-to-day management and letting. Our property manager, Jacinta Stonestreet, does an excellent job for us. She is responsive, efficient and thorough. The whole process was extremely quick and pain free as the staff there are very efficient and took less than 12 hours to be approved for the home of choice for us . Within one business day our application was checked & sent to the owners, and less than half an hour later we were congratulated on approval , I can’t recommend them enough!
