Robinson Property manage our investment property in Newcastle and they do a fantastic job. We are out-of-town landlords, which adds level of difficulty in the ownership of our rental unit; we are rarely in Newcastle to attend to things for ourselves. Robinson's have excelled in both day-to-day management and letting. Our property manager, Jacinta Stonestreet, does an excellent job for us. She is responsive, efficient and thorough. In addition, we've gone through two changes of tenants in five years. Robinson's exceeded our expectations in both cases both in the rapidity of letting the unit and the quality of tenant.
