I recently leased a property through Robinson and found them skilled, knowledgable, reliable and helpful during the process. I would highly recommend this agency.

This being my first experience with a rental agency I was not expecting it to be so easy. Jordan was the excellent agent who helped us find our perfect apartment and helped us with any queries. 11/10 service. Will recommend you anyone I know looking for a real estate agent.

We can not fault the agency we had a few repairs and things we requested to be actioned and it was done immediately. The electrical company has had to come and the request was completed straight away. Karen is lovely can not fault her or the realestate thank you :)

Jordan was fantastic at making us feel at ease and looked after when we inspected and moved into our new home. We were a little nervous but she made everything very straight forward, she had a kind and professional manner and we feel very lucky and happy in our new home. Thank you Jordan!

I would highly recommend Robinson's to manage your investment property in the Newcastle market. Their communication was excellent, had attention to detail and were efficient and honest. All an owner can ask for an more. Thanks again.

We had applied for over a dozen properties from various Newcastle-region agents, and Robinson was the first to give us a chance. I'm delighted to recommend them. As an example of Robinson's willingness to engage, when I remarked to their receptionist about the screen door key, Robinson had a locksmith out to the flat the same day!
