Jordan from Robinson Property has been great to deal with. She made the whole application process easy and stress free from start to finish. Great communication via phone and emails. Pleasure to deal with.
Robinson Property
We have happily relied upon the professional services of Robinsons for over ten years and we highly recommend them to anyone as an agent to take care of your property. We have an emotional connection to our property as we chose it to be our first home and we looked forward to moving in upon completion. However, our work took us away from Newcastle for a few years and when we returned our family had outgrown the property. From the moment it was built it has always been in the safe hands of Robinsons and we would trust no other agent to take care of it for us the way that they do. Over the years we have had a few different tenants come and go and although that can be quite a stressful time for property owners, with so much uncertainty over future tenancy, it has always been a seamless transition process. The professional and effective marketing by Robinsons has also meant that our property has been empty for virtually no time at all in all these years. The frequent and thorough inspections have also meant that our property is maintained to a very high standard with a keen eye for detail and timely communication to us when any rectifications are required. We feel that our property is in very safe hands and is being cared for as if it were the agent's own.
