My daughter and I were really impressed with the friendly and professional realestate agent who was showing the property at inspection. She was so considerate of the tenant that was still living here and ensured his privacy throughout the inspection. Erica the property manager rang me on receiving application with problems on downloading ID. We ended up dropping it in at 4pm and Erica rang me early the next day to say we had been accepted. In all our phone conversations with Robinson’s we have received friendly courteous response and they have gone out of the way to help where needed. Especially Erica. Most impressed.

Robinson Property maintains clear communication between tenants and their landlords. The use of email correspondence is incredibly efficient for someone working through a hectic 9-5 weekday schedule and can’t find the time to make a phone call to address any issues. This beats having to phone or call into the branch for any queries, complaints ect. Queries are always followed up and resolved in a very short time frame, in easy to understand language, as opposed to my previous dealings with different agencies who would either not reply, address, or fix any problems/issues regarding the property. Everything to do with Robinson is easy, effective and efficient. I’d happily recommend Robinson to friends and family.
