My experience renting through Robinson property so far has been a breeze, if there’s any issues with the property that needs repairing they are on top of it straight away via a handy app! They are very helpful whenever we have any questions about anything as well. Great agency.

Karen Tannock has managed our property for a long period, knows her stuff, always very open in her communications with us, and very friendly and professional. We live overseas and really value the trust element of using an experienced team like Robinsons which gives us great piece of mind. Unlike some of our other investment properties where we seem to have a new property manager every 6-12 months, the stability and experience in the Robinsons property team is one of the things we appreciate the most. Keep up the great work Karen and the Robinson Property management team!

I rent a couple of properties through Robinson Property. Over several years I have found them to be knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and friendly. They appear to understand the needs and requirements of both the tenant and the owner.
Robinson Property
We have been renters for awhile so have had the chance to gage Agents from the tenant as well as the owners perspective and honestly it had been easy, not only were they very efficient as a tenant but as an owner they made everything very easy and explained everything so well. I would definitely recommend.

Jacinta Stonestreet is an excellent property manager. She is prompt and courteous in her correspondence. When issues arise, she executes after providing sound guidance and solutions. With her, I know the job will be done right. She is fair, and you recognise she has both the tenant's and the property manager's best interests at hand.
