The staff at Robinson have been very friendly, and helpful with a few small issues we had when we moved in, arranging for tradespeople to come out during the busy holiday time around Xmas and New Years.

Believe me if we didn't like the way you have performed for us, we would have walked veryquickly! Just keep going the way you do for us. Thank you. It is great to realise that when we have had an urgent(to us that us) need Lisa always returned our calls pronto after we rang her mobile and left a message on message bank.

Recently rented in Newcastle and found Robinson Property and Jordan excellent to deal with. Doing this from out of town seemed challenging at first (and with others) and Jordan at Robinson accommodated my circumstances, responded to my correspondence promptly and made the process easy. Great way to start.
