Our experience with the leasing team at Robinson’s has been exceptional from start to finish. Once we were approved for our property, the whole leasing process was explained verbally and by email, and it was so simple. The staff were very accommodating when trying to arrange appointments for both my husband and myself to sign documents. Very much appreciated! Would definitely recommend Robinson Property to others.

Robinsons was able to secure a new tennant for our property after a lease had to be broken. They had a quick and efficient process to lease the property at a difficult time of year ! They were able to turn what could could have been a difficult situation into a smooth transition from one tennant to the next!

Lisa of Robinson Property has looked after this property for me since I purchased it in early 2017. I expressly asked that Lisa manage this apartment - she had managed another property for me for a number of years and I was very satisfied with her performance. Lisa displays a level of maturity that provides me with confidence in the advice given. It is a product of Lisa’s years of experience, her skills in the industry and her dedication to the interests of her clients.

Nice when the change of tenant happens quickly and without fuss or added expense for the landlord. I'll keep using them

The girls at Robinson Property made the whole leasing experience super easy. I couldn't make the appointment to sign the lease, so I was emailed the lease documents and signed them and emailed them back. Then all I had to do was pick up the keys and move in!
