Thank you for the opportunity to make some comments. My experience today was nothing short of poor. I asked to speak with Jacinta. I kept being told that I should send her an email. I ask to speak to Sue, today is have day off, thats fine. Again, asked to leave my mobile to receive a returned call, again I was told to email Jacinta. Eventually, I did leave my mobile, with no confidence that it was even noted. Finally, the way the phone was quickly slammed is not a manner the "Director of First impression" should perform. It is now 8.00pm and still no return call from Jacinta.
