Our experience with Robinson so far has been the smoothest & most tenant friendly I've ever experienced! They are reliable & always available for any of our needs. Would be happy to stay with them again.

Recently signed a lease through Robinson Property : inspections were scheduled for a weekend so it made it easy with work, and they kept me updated throughout the process, so I knew when to expect an answer. Lease signing was made easy, with strata by laws and a copy of the leases provided prior to the appointment so it went as fast as possible.

After coming from a real estate agent that promised the world and delivered nothing, Robinson Property have restored my faith in real estate agents! Any issue we've had has been sorted in a timely manner showing they do care about our experience with them.

Robinson Property @ The Junction has been great throughout the whole process! From the inspection until the signing of the lease, they have been attentive and professional. They were also true to their timeline and repairs/checks were complete even before move in date. Highly recommend this agent.

I’ve dealt with a lot of real estate agents and none have been more helpful and quick to respond as the team at Robinson. It felt like they were always a step ahead.

Thank you for the opportunity to make some comments. My experience today was nothing short of poor. I asked to speak with Jacinta. I kept being told that I should send her an email. I ask to speak to Sue, today is have day off, thats fine. Again, asked to leave my mobile to receive a returned call, again I was told to email Jacinta. Eventually, I did leave my mobile, with no confidence that it was even noted. Finally, the way the phone was quickly slammed is not a manner the "Director of First impression" should perform. It is now 8.00pm and still no return call from Jacinta.
