Robinson RE is a classy Real Estate with excellent communication and only small need for improvement. Some minor technical and logistical aspects can be optimised for the customer's benefit on the rental end but if properly made aware of them the issues are avoidable. Great agency.

Jacinta Stonestreet has been amazing in assisting us with a recent challenging scenario with our property. She has worked with the tenants, trades people, insurers & ourselves as owners to get a difficult situation rectified. Nothing was too much trouble for Jacinta. Thank you & well done!

Working fulltime including Saturday's and commuting at the time made it difficult to view places. The lovely agent met me after work so I could view the property. She was really helpful with local knowledge about the area as I inspected the apartment. Everything was super easy once I decided to make it my home. The whole process was a great experience. I highly recommend using Robinson Property for all your needs

We have had our property managed by Robinson’s since we bought it. They have always been a pleasure to deal with and we haven’t been without tenants for longer than a couple of weeks in over 5 years. Pleasant, professional and prompt in all our dealings with the team at Robinsons.

After being with a couple of different agency's, we are really happy with the service we are given with Robinson's. Lisa and her team have great communication, always get back to you with prompt responses, are very helpful when it comes to resolving any issues that pop up with your property and their internal system and use of job numbers makes it easy to track maintenance works in progress. I'd be happy to recommend them.
