Great result and return...
Lisa and her team were able to find a new tenant in a very short period of time. I was continually updated on open days and how many went through the property. Got a nice rent increase as well which all helps.

Quickly leased.
Was sad to see my tenants leave but Karen Tannock with her leasing team Jordan and Erica, quickly found me a new tenant which I feel really confident about. The inspections between tenancies was also really thorough. Thank you for all your help.

Great Agency
I have used this agency for almost 15 years after originally renting through them. A sign of a good property manager is not only how they treat landlords, but how they treat their tenants. They keep me updated of inspections when property and very responsive to emails

Very prompt response for maintence issue - thank you!
We had a shower head snap off during a shower and I called the maintenance manager and received a call back within minutes. A job was requested from their handy man straight away after approval from Landlord was given. Very prompt response. Thank you :)
