Robinsons has an excellent team and we have not had to look back at the investment property as their team does everything that is needed and we can have peacful moments and reap the benefits

I have rented through several agencies in Newcastle, and Robinson has been the most amiable and responsive to deal with directly. They are unobtrusive on inspection days, and there's always a smiley voice at the end of the line when I call up to make enquiries or submit a maintenance request to Karen. They use a smartphone app to log most maintenance requests, however this could use a redesign. It is sometimes easier to just call up or email directly.

Jacinta & Jordan kept me informed of progress in letting my property. Their service was quick and effective, ensuring minimal vacancy time. Well done. Thankyou, Robinson Property for treating my property as if it was your own.

I often say that 80% of any profession is stakeholder management and on this score Julz, my agent, excelled. Our engagement was professional, of meaning and the whilst discursively professional; appropriately personal too. Being assessed as a tenant can be a very transactional and intrusive process. Julz didn’t miss finding any info about my tenancy; but her professionalism and personal warmth created a process we were both committed to on a mutual basis. Best rental agent I’ve ever dealt with.

Time since the property was vacant to when new tenants came in was in a decent time. Agents are always there for any questions we may ask. Very good service
