The Robinson property is a great agency and the people are great to work with. Paper work is straight forward and processed very quickly I highly recommend Robinson property to other home buyers or looking to lease. Riley Scott

They were quick to process our application, but once the lease was signed they've been almost impossible to contact. They do not return phone calls, and have been difficult to contact via email. I have been living at the property for over 2 weeks now, and have yet to get bins. The real estate has been contacted regarding this but have not been helpful. This has been one of a few issues that I and my housemates have had trouble getting assistance from the real estate with.

Communication has broken down the minute we signed the lease. It’s very hard to get any agent to call back or get on top of issues. We still have no bins at our new property. There is no follow up. Been very unimpressed.

Buying and letting my first property - a 2 bed apartment - was quite daunting but the team at Robinsons have been fantastic from the start two years ago. Very professional letting agency with great communication. It gives me great peace of mind that my unit is in good hands.

Robinson’s have been very helpful when dealing with our application. We are new to Australia so they took the time to explain how everything works over here and our application ran smoothly. They kindly changed things around for us with regards to signing contracts and collecting keys which was really great of them! We received a nice pack with our contracts, tendency agreements and receipts for bond/rent payments-they are very organised. Would recommend this agency!
