Easy to go through, everything is organised and documented, agents thoroughly explained all conditions of lease, only con was a pushed back move in date and a couple other issues which weren’t communicated as early as they should have been, however this was due to previous tenants behaviour.

Our property manager (let's call her "Karen") was excellent in a time of adversity. Our tenant had damaged our property badly after we raised the rent $15 (first time in several years of his tenancy) due to increasing strata costs. He left the property without finalising the last of his rent, put holes in doors etc, and the unit was left in a disgusting manner. The property manager organised a builder, electrician, cleaners et to go in straight away and fix everything and during all this, she also managed to secure new tenants that were willing to pay a little bit more again. "Karen" got everything done efficiently and without too much grief for us. It's these moments as an owner when you need swift action from managers. Great job "Karen".
