We were very impressed by the upfront material presented by Robinsons concerning rentals trends and T's & C's. Since engaging Robinsons, we have found them responsive, and prompt in deal with any issues or communications. It should be noted that to date, the property has had very few issues. We are very comfortable with our decision to use Robinsons.

Have used Robinsons for 6 years and they have done a reasonable job. They seem to have a good knowledge of local contractors and will when required obtain multiple quotes. They also have strong knowledge of the rental market and have provided good advice in the past.

I have used Robinson for over 15 years now. Not only have they found tenants for my rental, but when I have needed trades to do work on the property, they have all the contacts which makes it so easy when you live remotely. I rely on them very much.
