Lisa is the perfect Property Manager, couldn’t ask anymore of her for how she looks after our property and any queries we have regarding it.. Highly recommend.. We have bought and sold twice as well with Robinson Property and would not hesitate for a second to use them again next time.

Lisa has been proactive from the start as my letting agent. Including following up on any faults and repairs necessary to ensure the property is fit and comfortable for the tenant. This is done efficiently and promptly. And is greatly appreciated.

Fast tenant turn around and selection. Good maint. process. A good team.

Robinson Property have managed our investment property for many years. Their staff are well trained and attend to problems promptly and effectively. They are proactive in offering information when new developments occur and are accessible on the various occasions when I have had to seek advice. Repairs and maintenance matters are managed well, and they are helpful in assessing the suitability of prospective new tenants.

Great property management from the team. Very responsive and deliver on what they say they will do. Highly recommended.

Everyone we came in contact with has been so lovely. It’s honestly the best agency I have gone through.
Robinson Property
An active involved agency that both initiates work and responds to tenants and landlord's requests. I know someone with a rental property in another city and they have to constantly chase the rental agency to get anything done. Luckily that's not the case with Robinson Property. Happy tenants, happy landlords.
Robinson Property
Despite a hiccup at the beginning of our renting history with Robinson Property involving waiting weeks for any of our bins to arrive (unsure if it were the incompetence of RP or the local council - probably both. We have now sourced our own bins as waiting for over a month for any bin is unacceptable), things seem to be fine. The service is friendly, we have not needed to contact RP much.
Robinson Property
Have had 0 problems with quick responses and lovely workers!

Thanks Erica & Jordan for all your help. Quick turn around between tenants with minimum of fuss.

We decided to replace the carpet in the living area of our apartment to timber. The Robinson team were great. They arranged quotes, samples to match the carpet and decor, and had it all complete PLUS a new tenant to move in the day it was finished at a higher rent than before. Very happy.
