As a new client my experience is somewhat limited, but based on the process of leasing through Robinson Property, I’d say they know what they’re doing and they do it with professionally with a smile. Communication was always polite and within expected business timeframes. They use an app to manage the property, rent ledger, maintenance etc so you can see where things are up to without having to email or call for an update. Not everything was as it should be upon are arrival at the property and they were straight onto it. So far they have been excellent.
