I was not able to renew the contract for previous apartment due to the owner's reason, but since they have a lot of candidates, I could rent current apartment smoothly. James and Erica are always friendly and kind, and Jacinta and Karen are professional manager, and Jordan, Nicole, and Lynn always kindly support me. I assume they have a lot of business, so they sometimes tend to take a time something response, but once they commence to respond, they are really professional to resolve it immediately. That's why I rely on them and am their loyal customer long.
